My first warranty interaction with BigBattery was unexpectedly positive. I have had awful experiences in the past getting solar equipment warranty replacements from other companies. My inverter failed and I was worried about warranty replacement of an extremely heavy(165lb) inverter. Dylan at BB helped me through the entire process, description, diagnosis and replacement procedures. I was very disappointed to find out my inverter was no longer available. Dylan made me aware of this and got approval for what may be the most cost effective and modular inverters(EG4 6000xp’s). I am grateful that Dylan helped get me back off grid. I called and asked questions they had great tech help and customer service. I ended up ordering a 48 volt battery pack for my golf cart and water resistant charger kit. Was an awesome price and even better product. I have been super happy with the battery pack and not having to constantly add water to the old lead acid batteries.

I recently installed a new system using 16 of the new BigBattery ETHOS modules and it has been working PERFECTLY... Installing the modules and controller was a breeze as everything is plug and play.
