How far will a 72V RAPTOR 2 take a golf cart?
Range depends on terrain, load and driving style. A 72V cart typically draws 150 to 250Wh per mile, putting 7.68kWh in the region of 30 to 50 miles on flat ground. Hills, passengers and frequent stops reduce it.
Does the RAPTOR 2 work in a forklift or industrial equipment?
Yes. It is built for 72V golf carts, airport ground support equipment, resort transport vehicles, industrial machinery, material handling, light towers and digital signs. With 150A continuous discharge and 300A peak, it handles continuous-duty industrial loads.
What charger do I need for the RAPTOR 2?
A 72V lithium charger delivering up to 87.6V DC. BigBattery offers the 72V 15A ring terminal charger and a 72V 13A IP65 weatherproof charger. A lead-acid charger uses the wrong profile and will leave the pack undercharged.
Is the RAPTOR 2 waterproof?
It carries an IP65 / NEMA 4X rating, meaning protected against dust and water jets from any direction, with vibration-resistant construction for mobile and industrial use. It is rated for washdown and weather exposure, though not immersion.
