Customers outside the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii) are treated as international. Customer is responsible for brokerage, customs, duties, and any extra charges. Items without RMA approval are not accepted.

Order must be paid before pickup. Pickup within 8 business days. Appointment required with 15-minute window. Driver’s license copy required. Large pickups require appropriate vehicle (standard bed under 78"). Product liability transfers upon signature.

All batteries purchased after October 2024 carry a 12-year repair/replacement warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Includes free lifetime technical support and automatic serial number/QR registration.

All batteries qualify for full reimbursement within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs and restocking fees.

Stationary installations transfer if ownership change is reported within 30 days. Mobile batteries transfer only with a documented ownership chain.

Chargers carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. Voided by physical damage, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or commercial overuse.

Year 1: BigBattery covers return shipping within the continental US. After year 1: Customer pays shipping to the RMA facility at 400 Maple St., Commerce, TX 75428.

We no longer offer our batteries for use in series.

All batteries include BMS-controlled thermal management. Newer models feature automatic self-heating pads for cold-weather performance.

No. Lead-acid chargers operate differently and can damage battery cells, voiding your 12-year warranty. Use only a compatible lithium charger.

This is normal “bubble voltage” for lithium. The voltage-capacity relationship is non-linear and surface charge represents less than 1% of actual capacity.

Yes, if IP65-rated. Resistant to directed low-pressure jets. Best practice is to minimize prolonged exposure to harsh elements.

LiFePO₄ batteries cycle 3,000–7,000 times. Daily cycling at 80% depth of discharge yields 10+ years of use.

Works great with nearly all inverter brands. We do not recommend RENOGY charge controllers. Always verify inverter parameters before purchasing.
