"I've been on solar/wind for 25+ years. My old system was 24V's flooded lead acid which requires much maintenance. I love my new 48V lithium batteries they function much better with less maintenance. I did have an issue with the Growatt inverter. Working with Dylan from BigBattery and James from Growatt we got the issue taken care of. They were professional and great with assisting me with the problem and between the three of us its solved.
Updated review: I've updated my system and added two Mustang 7Kw batteries to my system with the original Kong Elites which are discontinued. I had to upgrade to a larger inverter and Dylan recommended the 12000 XP EG4 and I'm so happy he did. After some fine tuning which he helped me with we got everything smoothed out and running. I love this setup it's easy to moniter from my phone or PC or with Dylan at BigBattery or Colton/Jacob
at EGe4. They've all been wonderful and continue to be. Thank You for all your assistance gentlemen."

"My first warranty interaction with BigBattery was unexpectedly positive. I have had awful experiences in the past getting solar equipment warranty replacements from other companies. My inverter failed and I was worried about warranty replacement of an extremely heavy(165lb) inverter. Dylan at BB helped me through the entire process, description, diagnosis and replacement procedures. I was very disappointed to find out my inverter was no longer available. Dylan made me aware of this and got approval for what may be the most cost effective and modular inverters(EG4 6000xp’s). I am grateful that Dylan helped get me back off grid. "Great Upgrade! I add their 48v lithium conversion kit to my golf cart and Im loving it. The battery takes up half the space as the old lead acid batteries and remove so much weight. i have to be careful not to burn rubber now! much faster than it used to be and I hardly ever have to charge it. I wish I would have got this battery sooner. i got the battery within a week of ordering and only took a couple hour to do the swap. if you want performance or just need new batteries, buy from big battery. Im not an electrical wiz but after a few questions to the sales team and a youtube video I was more than comfortable swapping it on my own. Great Company"

"This company has been awesome. I purchased 48V falcon elite kit with the charger to convert my club car. This battery weighs about the same as one of the 8 volt lead acid batteries but about 8 times more on the run time. You are losing about 350 to 400 lb of weight when you switch over. Went from lead acid to the falcon battery It's been night and day. It took me about 2 hours total That includes cleaning out and washing the battery box area where the battery sits in the cart.They were there for support every step of the way. (Dylan was an A+ person) He was my sales contact. Always had answers for any of my questions along the way. I would rate this a five-star experience"

"We have two large Base Camps in the wilderness of Alaska where we use solar power. We switched from lead acid batteries to Big Battery Owl's and it is amazing the difference that we have had. We went from 16 lead acid batteries per camp to four Owls and we produce more power than ever before. The Owls are 52lbs each and our lead batteries were 115lbs each. Cutting down on weight in a wilderness camp is a huge savings! We went from haling 3680# of batteries in planes and boats to hauling 416#'s of Big Batteries.
