How do I get the 7% off?
Add the EG4 battery to your cart. The 7% comes off automatically there and at checkout, with no code to enter. The price on this page and on the product page is the regular price before the discount.
Can I use a coupon code as well?
No. Applying a coupon code switches the automatic 7% off for that cart, so you get one or the other, never both. If you have a code worth more than 7%, use the code; otherwise leave it off.
Are these genuine EG4 products with the EG4 warranty?
Yes. BigBattery is an authorized EG4 dealer, so every unit is new, ships from our Texas warehouse and carries the full EG4 manufacturer warranty.
Do EG4 batteries and inverters work together?
Yes. The EG4 WallMount batteries run closed-loop with every EG4 off-grid and hybrid inverter we sell, so the inverter reads the battery state of charge directly. They also run closed-loop with BigBattery APEX inverters and ETHOS and NEXUS batteries if you mix brands.
