Can I replace my Trojan T-105 batteries with lithium?
Yes. The Eagle 2 is built in the GC2 form factor, the same size as a T-105, so it drops into standard battery trays with minimal or no modification. You get faster charging, no watering and no acid, with consistent power output and no voltage sag under load.
What is a GC2 battery?
GC2 is the industry-standard case size used by golf cart batteries like the Trojan T-105. Because it is standardised, a GC2 lithium battery slots into existing trays and hold-downs. That is what makes converting a cart, lift or floor machine to lithium a straightforward swap rather than a rebuild.
How many Eagle 2 batteries do I need for a golf cart?
One is not enough to run a full cart. A minimum of two is recommended, and more depending on your system voltage and controller. Always match the number of batteries to your motor and controller specification rather than to capacity alone.
Do I need CANBus or no comm?
Choose the CANBus version if your equipment supports communication and you want system monitoring and integration. Choose no comm for older or simpler equipment that does not need it. Both deliver the same 1.63kWh; the difference is whether the battery reports data to your system.
Can I use the Eagle 2 in a floor scrubber or pallet jack?
Yes. It is designed for light industrial equipment including floor sweepers, scrubbers, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, light towers and UTVs. The GC2 drop-in format and maintenance-free operation are why it suits fleets replacing flooded lead-acid on a shift schedule.
